To setup Auth0 to complete a SAML/SSO authentication to Peoplevine, follow these steps:
In your Auth0 account, go to Applications and Create a New Application. Set it as a Regular Web Application.
On the Settings Tab. Scroll down to the Application URIs.
Enter your member URL for the Login and callback URLs. The login URI should be https://members.yoursite.com/login/sso, while the callback URL should just be https://members.yoursite.com.
Also add https://*.yoursite.com to the Allowed Web Origins.
If you scroll to the bottom, you will see an Advanced Tab. Click on the Advanced Tab, then click on Certificates, you'll then find your Signing Certificate.
You will need to add this Signing Certificate to Peoplevine by going to Platform Settings and adding the certifciate under the SAML SSO Certifcate in General Settings.
Lastly, click on the Addons tab and then check the box to turn on the SAML2 Web App.
When enabled the settings screen will display. Click on the Settings tab and enter your domain in the callback URL.
Now click on the Usage tab to see the different connection URLs.
Take that URL and append it to https://members.yoursite.com/login/sso/start?route=. This will then route the user to your SSO and then back to Peoplevine to log them in. If your call is successful, upon visiting this URL, you will be routed to your SSO and then back into your account page in Peoplevine.
